Moto X (2013) - Major problems after Lollipop update, can I please get some help?

I'm sure this has been mentioned somewhere, but can someone please tell me if there is an improvement in the picture quality, especially indoor/low light, with the Lollipop update?

Still on KitKat, hesitant to lose data or have some of the problems mentioned on here with the Lollipop update.

Nothing noticeable IMO.

I reset my Moto X 2013 XT1053 today and now it doesn't have the Material look that it did before I did the reset. The About shows Android 5.1 and latest System 222.27.5.ghost_row.Retail.en.US but it's the old look. Any thoughts?
