In Oreo, the system will notify you on which apps are using battery. You may not want these notifications. Here's how to disable them.
1. Swipe down on the notification shade.
2. Expand the the using battery notification with a swipe on that notification.
2. Long press on the notification until it changes and expands with a toggle
3. Tap on the toggle to turn the notification OFF.
4. Tap on Done.
