Well I just had a heated conversation about my month old order, They don't have a clue where your phone is... One minute they told me the phone is waiting to be pick up by Fed Ex, later on the conversation I was told the order could be stuck in the system due backorder parts. He basically told me the order has to be manually release otherwise will stay stuck and newer orders will be complete(with same phone specs) before mine. So theirs system is broken, doesn't seems like they can call the warehouse directly, they rely on emails. I was given an email where you can complaint, if anyone wants to escalate theirs problem.
