Notes from the original post notes and GPS question...

Increased 4G Signal Strength: Was at 4G / 1-2 Bars all night prior, now at 3 bars sitting in the same spot

GPS: Locked WAY faster... again note I was never on MR1, so not sure how the performance was on that release, but much faster than ship stock...

Let me know if anything thinks of something else to check...

Installed on stock phone. Seems real legit. Comes with new data usage widget from VZW. Never had 4G problems before in Atlanta, and everything's still running great with this update.
 
I'm stuck at work, this will be on my phone as soon as I get home. Best part about the wipe is I always find something about this phone I didn't know about or use before.
 
Everything is working fine for me on my stock replacement. However, my market will not update itself.. Any suggestions?

Edit: NVM it finally went.

Yeah, you'd think right? I was bummed when I found out it wasn't on the T-Bolt. Guess the 4g toggles for WiMax and LTE are different.
 
I'm downloading it right now as I don't mind a factory reset. My phone has been rebooting recently so anything that helps is a positive.

Few additional notes:

- Mobile Hotspot has been updated - Icon, Idle-Auto Off Selection to save battery
- Gmail Synch - ***I had a gmail email/synch issue prior to my upgrade, verizon had though it was related to my ActiveSynch, but I have confirmed it's working (pushing Gmail to phone) and continues to work after ActiveSynch and Enterprise Policy was pushed.
About Phone / Phone Identity: List of items has changed (ex. MEID no longer listed)

4G/LTE - Still hasn't dropped LTE signal since upgrading... this is out of the norm for my phone and glad this looks to be fixed!!! :)
 
This is one of the strangest things. I've put the file (PG05IMG.zip) in my root access folder and yet my phone will not recognize the file. I have done this on other Android devices and had no such issue. Any ideas?
 
darn it I just rooted yesterday oh well it won't be too long before someone figures it out.
 
So can us unrooted folks install this and not mess up any future OTAs that come out? I'm about to take a road trip so If I can fix the 3G rebooting issues I'm having before I leave, that would be awesome!
 
How do I get this update? I've checked for a software update and there is none found. I am running stock.
 
You have to click on the link in the OP and download it. Rename it like it says to on the page you downloaded it from. Put it on your phone's SD card (main directory, no sub folder), then boot the phone into hboot (power and volume down at the same time when the phone is off). Then follow the on-screen instructions.

Strangely Market is older verion so no push for apps

Now all we need is a root method
