MT4G having problems with Gmail

My phone does not update automatically after last night. I have a total of 4 Gmail accts 3 of which are corporate. The 4th one (with the "gmail.com") does not update unless I manually do it. I removed it and added it back but nothing happened. I also did a hard reset this morning to no avail. Anyone else having similar issues?
