My Files crashing

I have a problem with my My Files. It crashes everytime I select the 'Downloaded apps' button and I get the 'Unfortunately, My Files has stopped' pop up dialogue. See screenshots attached.


One thing I love about Andriod coming from iOS is the ability to browse the file structure on the device.

I tried the same thing on my colleague's GS5 and his one works and shows him the apps. So it must be something gone corrupted on mine. The other links to Images, Videos, Documents, Audio work fine - problem only occurs with 'Downloaded apps'

GS5 running 4.4.2
I have cleared cache, disabled, rebooted and re enabled. Problem persists. Any ideas???

Have a look at default apps incase there is another file browser set as default

There's always happened to me. I don't know why this type of thing happened to me. I'm upset with that. Do u people know anything about that??
