My HTC ONE doesn't work :(

i can't found my device storage in my computer , so i can't move zip file to sd :(

Didn't you have the zip on Sd to begin with in order to flash it the first time? Unless you formatted the card, it should still be there.

Just want to compliment how helpful yous have been to this guy, I know it's scary to have this happen, but I can't help but to suggest that the op does a lot more research before he starts playing with his phone in the future, but he's lucky to have good people on here to help

i have some experience since my old phone Hd2 , and i read about my new phone , and i installed many rom on it

but this first time i see this problem :(
 
Alrighty. If you downloaded the sdk,
Find the following files inside of it.

Adb.exe
Fastboot.exe

Create a folder in your windows directory (C:\) and title it adb_win. The directory should read C:\adb_win

After you do that, move those two files to the folder.

After you have completed those steps, navigate to the folder and up to the search bar.

Type cmd.exe and hit enter
This should open up a black command box. Once you reach that step, I will further assist you.

adb devices
