I've been following this thread since the OP's first post and I have to say the help Jennifer, Scott and others gave the OP is absolutely awesome. It really says something about the type of people that are part of this forum when complete strangers take the time and effort shown here to help someone out. I'll keep my fingers crossed that I never experience an issue like the OP, however if I do it's very reassuring to know that help is here if I ever need it. OP glad to gear you are "Back to Life"

Looks to be that the problem was I wasn't telling you to type the /data/media/0 directory with the push command, and that seems to have been a cure all. I will keep that in mind in future instances.

I tried to thank ddillon's post but it seems to not want to let me. As he said though, I watched the thread from the start and, though not surprised, I can say I'm impressed with the help given. Thanks to everyone who helps in every thread. That's why I keep using AC forums.

If you have a backup and a rom install fails, you can quickly revert to the backup as opposed to running into trouble like you did.

If you had created a backup, as long as your device was booting into recovery, you would have a fail safe. It really is if the utmost importance.
