My new galaxy s20 fe is overheating

[Android Central Question]

Hi I bought a new galaxy s20 fe a week ago and I'm really frustrated with how it's working. There is bad internet signal almost every where I go, I sometimes have trouble hearing phone conversations and now it's overheating at a level I can't get my phone close to my face when I'm answering a phone call.. cam someone please help me?

Welcome to Android Central! What's the exact model number of the phone, and which carrier are you on? If you have poor signal, that typically leads to increased heat generation as the phone works to latch onto the weak signal (and also worse battery life).
