Welcome to Android Central! Is the screen still on? You can force a power off on any Android device by pressing and holding Power for about 15-20 seconds. After it shuts off, power back on normally, and see if it works.

None of the buttons are responding and niether is it shutting down by pressing the power button for a very long time.

There is a dim light glowing on the screen. I am also attaching the image of the screen for reference. The slight dim camera buttons are illuminated but none of the buttons are responding.

What should i do

I have the same problem since a hour ago. I can't even figure out where the reset button is.
