My phone wont charge urgent!!

Hi i live in the philippines and that means i have a foreign phone only exclusive here in the country. So my phone died for a long time of no use and when i tried to charge it it wont turn on. Ive tried bending the small tab inside the charging port,leaving it charged for 2 days,taking off the battery for a few minutes,switching cables,cleaning the charging port and all of these wont work... But there was this time i pressed down the charger real hard and it keeped flickering but when i let go it stops. And then i got frustrated and i let go and after a few minutes i came back and saw it charging like normal but it stayed at 0% and kept it all night. Then when i woke up it wont charge again and when i pressed it down again it wont work now.. Please i need help!! Asap i have to get important files from it, and i dont want to spend any money so just a solution any of you know

Without spending money, I don't see that there's anything you can do.
