My Rant on the iPhone 5s

I know the bloody camera on the HTC one is good, I'm not stupid. I said IN THIS PARTICULAR SITUATION. And yes it does! Dammit I'm tired of arguing. I'm about to shove your iPhone down your throat in a minute!

I don't have an iPhone. I have a Nexus 4. I also, am sick of arguing.

If you can't cross compare and back it up, then don't make the claim. Just like all the BS regarding the fingerprint scanner from earlier in this thread.

You want the specs for the s4 camera? I'll gladly provide them. I already know the answer, it's just you need the specs. I wish I could give them to you, I do, but Apple hasn't released the full camera specs. How can you expect me to provide that information when it doesn't exist for the public?

That's quite ballsy to call somebody who works in the technology field an arguer with the skills of a sixteen year old. If you're so intelligent why don't you get us the specs for the iPhone 5s camera? Oh wait they don't exist yet, so that's impossible. My close friend works in photography, he backs me up on this. But apparently you're the expert of all experts so let's throw his experience down the drain. Can you see why I don't like talking to you? You're like that annoying 5 year old on xbox live who won't shut up

Ehh that's your opinion. It's a good camera, but not as good as the s4 or Note 3 in my opinion. That's an opinion for now, until the specs are released we can't really prove much for either side. The one thing I can prove though is the Lumia 1020 has a better camera and so does the Galaxy s4 zoom

Even though I agree with you, that's not always the case. A lower megapixel camera can sometimes perform better than a higher one.

I'm surprised some of us (including me) didn't get yelled at for the level of bickering and name calling we got to. But yes, I like conversation and bickering as well. I just got tired of all of that back and forth

I want to make sure I understand. If I have an 8MP Nikon DSLR and an S4...the S4 takes better pictures because it has more megapixels?

If you suggested that in a photography forum they'd come and get you...and...do things to you. Awful things.

True. An 8MP camera with advanced sensors and a dSLR-like aperture can outshine a camera with a higher megapixel count but basic sensors.

Just imagine HTC UltraPixel on an 8MP camera or Sony's 20.7MP camera on the Z1.

do u see what section of the forum you are in? Also Android only users like to throw the term around tech savy but with you saying 13MP>8MP shows other wise.

Just wanted to quickly interject that I went and bought an S4 today, off contract.

Quick history: Long time apple lover and still am, always had an iPhone since the 3GS. Dumped the iPhone after the 4s and got the S3, wasn't really feeling it after about 6ish mos, went back to iPhone 5, dumped iPhone 5 today and went to the S4 as I stated. My wife is also dumping the iPhone 5 to get the note 3. She's so excited.

I still love apple and in fact I'm typing this on my iPad. But even I was severely disappointed in the announcement. I just wanted a bigger screen. & maybe one day I'll go back if they come out with bigger screens. I still think the iPhone is a fantastic device. I just wanted a little change. And I think I'll be sticking around loner this time.

Apple is going to do just fine, they aren't going anywhere.

Their last line of defense is probably the iPad Mini.

It's already overdue for a refresh and a much better screen but rumors point out that the screen's gonna stay the same, with just hardware improvements.

Can't Apple see how much Google hit them hard with the 2013 Nexus 7?
