Exactly, that's why it exists. Jailbreaking is very common in my work place because my friends who have iPhones want the features of an android lol

It's good that Apple hasn't taken any real steps to curtail jailbreaking. Allowing more power for the folks that truly desire it. I hope, for iOS user's sake, that this doesn't change with iOS 7 (I know nothing about jailbreaking so I don't know how much of a factor the iOS version is). ...a discussion for iMore...of which I'm not a member.

That's great for some lucky ones, but the fact is that it still voids the warranty. And I think now that some phones have indicators built in that alert mfgr. of rooting history, although I may be wrong.

Most places don't care that bad about rooting.. Hence my previous post.

No the techs knew I rooted and we discussed different roms and root methods after they fixed my phones.

To each his own, but my money comes too hard to risk losing my warranty.

Ever heard of triangle away? The developers got us covered. Chainfire is the king of android root apps!

I love the techs, especially in my AT&T store. Whenever I'm in there we usually chat about new roms and kernels.

The 5C was failure. Even as an Apple fan I absolutely agree.

The hilarious thing I see is that the iPhone 5 is $100 now and it's better than the 5C. That's a huge fail on Apple's part, of course people are going to choose the 5 over 5c (at least I would assume so, I know I would)
