My Samsung S4 keps disconnecting from WiFi

Since returning to work the first of the year, my Samsung S4 will not stay connected to the WiFi at work, and I have to resubmit a three page logon form to reconnect. Sometime it happens within 10 minutes of reconnecting.

No one else is having this problem with their Android phones here at work.

Forget the connection on your device, reboot and set it up again

Thank you for the reply! I tried that several times today and it did not resolve the problem. Do you have any other ideas?

Does it disconnect when you use it or is wifi slow to connect after the phone sleeping?

It disconnects while sleeping. It just started doing this at the beginning of the year, when I came back to work after the holidays.

Try leaving wifi on permanently and see if that helps. Settings>Wi-Fi>More>hit Keep wifi on during sleep.

Use an APP like WIFI Analyzer to check your wifi signal strength. It could be something changed while you were gone like they moved the antenna or put up another petition that blocks the signal. A weak signal would cause you to lose the signal at various times!
