my tablet is saying incorrect zip code how do i fix this?

When I power my tablet on it brings me to a black screen and it gives me a list of options and at the bottom of the screen it say incorrect zip code

Welcome to Android Central! Which tablet? Does it go through the usual boot process, then dump you into that screen? What list of options do you see?
