Need help enabling UPnP on AT&T UVerse 2Wire Router

Help!
I'm trying to pair my Droid Bionic to Chromecast via my home WiFi. I have AT&T Uverse and a 2Wire router. I am being told to enable the UPnP on the router settings via an ethernet cable but my Bionic is showing to allow me to 'Access Files'.
The link below is what I have tried.

My MacBook Pro Casts just fine.

The phone gives me that prompt via the Chromecast website.
