Need Stock Fascinate Files!!!!

I am lookin for the DI01package3.tar files in order to return my Samsung Fascinate completely back to stock. It seems every site I look on the bins are 404ed or the files are outdated. I really need to return to stock. Please help!

No need to take your phone that far back to return it to stock. ED05 is verizon's offical release of froyo and EH03 is verizon's official release of gingerbread.

Flashing either one of those in odin will return your fascinate to box stock sufficiently enough to satisfy verizon that you haven't screwed around with it.

Stock Froyo is the best place to start:

Probably a good idea to use ODIN to load GB from link below if getting to GB is your goal. The OTA from Verizon seems to bork most phones.

do these files really work cause i tried the exact same thing for my phone and wiped all software off it and bricked it and now my wifes phone is acting stupid and she has the fascinate as well and want to remove root and just stay with stock GB

I am not sure which files you are talking about but personally I'd start here with this guide.

Once you have a stock build, turn off WiFi and then have it OTA all the way up to the current stock GB build.

That's what I did and it works like a champ!

MultiUpload is down for the time being. I've been trying to flash my phone back to stock for over a week. Dark times...

Anyone track down the files somewhere other than multiupload? Or can anyone email them out? I've got the eh03 tar file but not the pit file. Having troubles with CM7 and need to return to stock to reinstall.

Here is the pit file for you..... remove the .zip extension before flashing.

Remember once you are done ODINing the pit file, clear the check boxes before you ODIN anything else. Otherwise you'll repartition all over again.

I found the old DL09 Eclair on my computer and it was the only thing I could get to push on my phone. I was coming from Miui. None of the other down loadss would work... 404. Let me know and I could email this to you.
