when you guys buy through Amazon, are you able to add/remover services through Verizon such as txting plan?

Yes. You add phone to cart it asks first that you select a plan then select service options (e.g. text, data plan, etc). You can go to the site and run through it to see the options, just don't check out if you don't want to buy.

You can't. It is pretty much automatic sometimes. When I ordred the razr originally it said two day shipping. But when the phone shipped it was actually one day shipping. I called in when I wanted to do the exchange and I mentioned that I got it shipped next day on the droid razr. She said that they have two shipping methods, one day and two day. She said system automatically determines. This phone shipped one day as well. I dont know, may be it has something to do with prime member? Just a wild guess there, or I am just lucky.

Don't think it has anything to do with being a Prime member, since I am one. You're lucky.

been with tmobile for 10 years and i'm just about to make the switch. i should have a 20% corp/employee discount so do i set that up on the verizon website AFTER i place my order or do i call them? also does anybody know where i could find a listing of corporate discounts? both verizon retailers i spoke to said my company gets 20% but i just want to make sure before i make my purchase.

Anyone know if you can use an Amazon gift card with Amazon Wireless? Trying to pick one up for my wife since she loves mine do much. Put it into cart but didn't see an option for using the gift card. Would love to take another $100 off if I can.

Unfortunately, their FAQs state they do not accept Amazon gift cards for payment at this time:

"Can I use my Amazon.com Gift Card on AmazonWireless?

Amazon.com Gift Cards may not be used on AmazonWireless at this time. However, we are constantly looking at ways to improve our service, and perhaps this will be an option in the future."

There is page on the Verizon website where you can enter your work email and check. I don't know if it just provides a yes or no on eligibility or if it gives the discount amounts as well (you may need to call their customer service for that and to find out the process to get the discount applied to your account if you are eligible).
