New Tapatalk app for android is horrible

I have adapted to it with the extra updates, but some features and navigation routes are irritating, rather than deal breakers.
I would be amazed how a new user could navigate around Android Central, to be honest.

I'm using Tapatalk 2 also. It's so much better than what they did to it since then.

I have the app on my phone as I have a couple of different forums . For this forum I use the Android Central app which I find to be a lot easier to use. You might try that.

Well... the newest version might not be perfect, but it's MILES ahead of where it was a couple of months ago.... So at least they are trying to address the complaints. So that's something. I mean, I no longer curse their name when I use the app.

Didn't Tapatalk do this a few years ago and released a classic version that didn't suck? I guess they don't learn!

I reliazed that you cannot remove/delete uploaded files from tapatalk. I just uploaded a wrong file, which isnt anywhere now but it has an attachment id. After googling, it seems to be impossible to control your own files. All they have said "no support". Oh boy, time to ditch tapatalk...

You can delete an entire post from the full website.

Attachments. Try it by yourself. Add a pic as an attachment to your message, but dont send the message though. Replace the attachment with another (because you just relized you accidentally uploaded your nude pic (this didnt happen though) instead of a pic of your new watch), then send the message. Now you can find the newer attachment from the forum cp (manage attachments) but not the first one you also uploaded (to somewhere). It was sent to tapatalk server/imageshack(?). All you know about the first attachment it is the id of the attachment but not able to remove it althought it is uploaded to their server. That you can remove is the second pic which you used to replace the first one, because the second pic is showing in the cp in the attachment folder.

I wish i have known this. Support sucks, they dont give straight answers and they dont even remove accidentally uploaded files either. So, if you use tapatalk app to upload pics, be sure you dont accidentally hit wrong one when choosing a pic. You cannot remove it from net.

You mean the pic remains in Imageshack or whatever, even if you remove the entire post from AC?

Yes the pics that are uploaded to their server remain there. Better to use photobucket or similar... So i was simply adding a photo when i was writing a message. I accidentally hit the wrong one when i was scrolling down photos and the wrong pic was uploaded to their server which i cannot delete. I only hope their server is secured and not showing "recent uploaded photos" to everyone. The pic was ordinary, but still.. i dont want to send pics "to somewhere"... And I swear i didnt wear a short skirt!
