new tmobile/wallmart plan help

i just went to wallmart and told him i wanted the $30 wallmart tmobile plan and he sold me an activation kit (sim card). its a wallmart family mobile (tmobile) kit. just tried to set it up and their telling me its a $45 plan, without data... what plan am i looking for... cuz this is obviously not it.

Ya I went to tmobile website n found it as a web offer only. Idk y it was said to b a wallmart/T-Mobile deal
