Nexus 4 Ordered on November 27: Order Status and Tracking

1. The Scheduled Delivery is only available when logged into UPS account. If logged off, tracking info is back to only "UPS shipping label has been created..."
2. The amount of personal info UPS has about me is freaky. UPS asks for full name, address, email, phone, and birthday. UPS knew my 2 past street addresses, the model of my old car and a specific address it was registered to, and full name of my ex-roommate.

I THOUGHT THAT WAS JUST ME!!!!! I went to sign up for the account and it asked me to verify when my mother was born! It knew her name and everything. And I highly doubt my mother has an account with UPS.

I'm just going to wait and see if anyone actually gets their phone today. This will allow us to gauge this whole UPS Tracking a little better. I signed up for that "UPS Choice" as well and tracking is stating this also:

For me, it knew the name of my ex live-in girlfriend from 15+ years ago. And showed her current married name and not the name she had way back then. Yikes.

I also signed up, and then got a Scheduled Delivery of 12/03 (today). But no "out for delivery" status, and still says info will be updated after "shipment arrives at our facility".
So I don't think the "Scheduled Delivery" isn't going to happen.

I just got an email "delivery alert" from UPS, possibly/probably only because I just signed up for "Choice" an hour ago.

It also claims Scheduled Delivery of today, but also further qualifies it with "between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM". It's already 3PM now. UPS guy usually shows up around 1pm. At this point, I'm just like, "whatever".

Totally off-topic; UPS is likely using RSA's identity verification service. I've done some work with them in the past; the dossiers they have on people can be a little disturbing.

Live chatted with UPS and they say, based on the tracking number, they don't even have the package yet. My CC has been charged. Although I haven't gotten an update from the Play Store... there is now a tracking # associated with my order ... it doesn't appear that any package has made its way to the shipper though (ups)

After I received a UPS My Choice Delivery Alert, I became both excited and anxious. I called UPS regarding status and whether the package required a signature. I was told that the package was "guaranteed to arrive by the end of the day." So there.

If your status is the same as mine the Choice email also says: Delivery Commitment: by End of Day UPS Service: UPS 2nd Day Air

which to me means 2nd day Air should arrive today... and if not, we should be getting a shipping refund just like the first wave of N4 buyers!

Small consolation, I know.

No. You could just sit back and be patient. My God! It's not even late yet. They went on sale again sooner than anyone thought and they've started shipping sooner than they said. Chill out bro!

I completely understand where you are coming from and I can see your point of view, but I take a different viewpoint, I paid (I had no choice in the matter) for 2 day shipping and I was notified that my N4 was shipped on Friday. If I have paid for 2 day shipping I rightfully expect my package to arrive 2 business days after I am notified that my package has shipped.
