My response is this:

It's probably just product/shipping/embargo information (such as "this is a pallet of Nexus 5's — don't touch this, don't ship this, don't talk about this, and definitely don't open this up and take pictures of this"). If you zoom in, you can see it's some handwriting on several lines of text fields. Probably inventory info.
