I agree that Google customer service is the worst I've experienced. Even with the horrible service I've gotten from Verizon, at least I know they can see my account instead of saying they don't have access to it and can only give generic responses. I gave another call this morning and was told BS about them being backed up with the pre-orders. I told them that people who ordered after me had received them already today, shipped two days ago, and they said it totally made sense to them that people who ordered after they were in stock again would receive them before the pre-ordered ones. In what universe does that make sense?!?!
In case you didn't see my post in another thread here, I said that on the XDA Dev forum, several people in multiple threads have said they received theirs today and they were shipped on the 11th. They did not receive shipping notifications first and most were not charged yet. So there is still some hope some of us can get ours today I guess. They do not come with Jelly Bean btw.
