note 10+ AT&T

I ordered the note plus for my girlfriend , it came in today we get it set up shes loving it.

she starts driving home and the call starts dropping all the way home , she had to call me back like 3 times, she's on att . thing is with her note 9 it never drops on this same drive. I'm thinking its gotta go back ,

anybody heard anything about the note 10 having low signal ??
this is kinda frustrating

its been raining here but I doubt that's the trouble , we'll see what happens in a couple days .

her note 9 worked fine on the drive down, shes really just always been a note person.

Mightve been a fluke, if this is a drive she takes daily id wait and see if it happens tmrw before u take it back.

No problems with my calls so far.

Have them provision it .
You just used your existing Att card ?

If you just dropped the old Sim into it without speaking with AT&T, definitely call 611 and let them know you got a new phone and need to update the IMEI with the old SIM. I had similar issues on my last phone, and the first thing I did this time was update my records with AT&T.
