Note 3. screen keeps turned ON after removing charger and continues to be ON. battery

I'm using Note 3 which is 4 months old.I have serious display problem. As soon as I plug out the charger, display turns on permanently.
I have to lock the screen after removing the battery this has been a big time headache for me if I forget to lock the screen even for the whole day the screen will be ON. Even when stop the music from the headphone this problem persists.
If I don't see the phone for very long time the battery will be drained to display on.


Kindly help.

Try wiping the cache partition: Reset: Samsung Galaxy Note 3 | T-Mobile Support

If that doesn't help, consider a factory reset.
