Note 3 to Nexus 5???

I have the Google Now cards on my homescreen, which I enabled in Settings/Device/Multiple Widgets (set to On). Is that what you mean or are there different types of cards? You can also long press the Home key, then press on the "G" button between the Ram Manager and Task Manager buttons.

For some reason, the Multiple Widgets toggle is not available as an option under Settings/Device/ or Settings/Device/Lockscreen, although I seem to remember seeing it when I first had the phone. It may have something to do also with the fact that for screen lock, Swipe, Signature and None are grayed out; "Disabled by administrator, encryption policy, or credential storage." I unchecked all the device administrators (KIES, Android Device Manager, etc.) but they remain grayed out.

Another thing going for the Note 3, and one of the reasons I bought it without waiting for the Nexus 5: it has essentially replaced 2 devices I always bring along--the Nexus 4 phone and the Nexus 7 (small) tablet.

The Note 3 answers my need for tablet functionality on the go. At home, when I need/want a larger tablet to read my Zinio magazines, etc., I still have the iPad 2, my first tablet.

Well the new nexus 5 is impressive and I really like it including the Ok Google voice activation.
I can now sell my S4 Google edition.

But I can't bring myself to sell the note 3.
It's a superb phone with great functions and the screen is great to type on. Spen also adds good functions especially for my job.

Think I will have to keep 2 phones for now, just need to be careful with sim in note 3 as it gets easily damaged if you take it out too many times due to there not being a spring lock on it.

Or shall I just sell my nexus 5 and wait for kitkat to arrive on n3?
