Note 4 - Post your battery life screens and info

One should never analyze battery without posting screen shots of general battery (small graph, android system/os, screen on, whatever apps are consuming power), detailed battery (big graph, signal, location, wifi, wakes, screen on) , and screen on (percentage and time on).

The most important one is screen time, click screen it'll tell you how long the screen was on, I get up to 5 hours and a half, some people here get 7 which is phenomenal

3 and a half hours of screen time, 2 hours of talk time, 2 hours of music. Those are my.major offenders. Currently at 28% battery life left. Not using any battery save features except guru. And Bluetooth \ wifi on all day.

Very happy with the battery on this phone. Had a typical day. 5 hours worth of phone calls, 50 or so emails, 20ish texts, about an hour of games, a movie and this device is still going strong.

Yeah man. Battery life is pretty good to me. And at 28% left you probably squeezed out another hour or so. That's great!

Moderate User. Usually, on a day that I work I get between 20-35 hours of life. On the weekends I'm on my phone more, average between 15-19 hours.

I've had mine a few weeks and the battery was rubbish at first (although loads better than my iphone 5 which needed charging twice a day). I was getting around 11 - 15 hours out of it at first. I turned off Samsung Push Services as well as a few other things which seemed to be draining it, gave it a few full cycles of normal charging and put it properly to bed at night and now I'm getting over 2 days out of one charge on my normal use (not really a heavy user).
I did get a bit obsessed about the checking the battery use but I'm really happy with it now.

I use all the power saving options at night including greyscale and typically lose around 2-3% overnight. I also use battery doctor which switches it to super saving mode at night. I keep everything other than bluetooth on in the day now.

I am using lean droid battery saver and disable apps I don't use and with third charge with lite use some and Med use at 28% two days and 8 hours. And just think I was pondering if I should give up my droid Maxx. Best move I made

Been bad lately. Not sure why. Used to get over 5 hours screen time easy. Now it's barely over 4. No new apps. Hmm

Forum won't allow me to post images, but I get 12-14 hours of life, with 2:45-3 hours of screen on. I think my battery life is really bad. A lot of people are getting 5-6 hours of screen. It's the exynos version, but I don't know if it makes a difference.

Most of my use is chrome, whatsapp, Gmail and playing music through Bluetooth. I don't have any games or social media in the background, or even weather widgets.

WiFi and Bluetooth are always on, but all location services are off. I don't use power saving mode.

Anyone have any ideas? I tried everything but couldn't find the reason for my bad battery life. Gsam didn't show anything out of the ordinary, it's just the android system itself burning battery..

Hey everyone, I've been really happy with the battery life on my Note 4. Like almost everyone else, I haven't been able to put this device down! This particular chart doesn't reflect any game or videos but everything else!

Here is me battery life, moderate usage after about a week of having it. This is so much better than my previous phone where I lived by a charger.

I'm very disappointed with the battery life. I'm getting awful life barely sufficient to go back home at the end of a business day with the cellphone still alive.
11h hours to completely drain the battery 2h30 of screen time.
Tapatalk are saying that i can't upload my screenshots because I still don't have 10 posts .

I was taking tons of screen shots before I realized that these power readings do not reset unless you charge to 100% So I don't want to post any of those in case they're "tainted" from the times I never charged to 100.

This is from moderate, maybe slightly heavy usage at some points. This also includes about 6 hours of me sleeping. I didn't use any power saving modes so I can get a 'pure' reading.

This looks pretty close to what I was getting before, but my other readings were averaging closer to 5 hours of on screen time.

If my older readings weren't tainted then I'm not sure why my battery life slightly dropped. I am using a new live wallpaper WP CLOCK, but there's not much animation besides the clock. I usually keep it on auto brightness too. Oh yeah- I've had the phone about a month now and I'm on Sprint.

This seem normal to you guys?

Seems normal to me. My guess is the live wallpaper is drawing from the system resources. Even then with a standby of 20 hours and 4 hours and some change of screen time that isn't bad. I rarely am on standby more than 12-14 hours and I get around 4.5 - 5 hours of screen time. I hate auto brightness so I keep mine about a third of the way up most of the time. Good battery imo
