I got denied because they couldn't read my online submission. I resubmitted it by mail early Nov, and in early Dec, I got approval by email. So it took about a month for mail resubmissions.

Yes I mailed mine in the first week of November and didn't get a confirmation email till this week.

I wish I would get a follow up email letting me know that they have verified eligibility and compliance to the terms and conditions so I know the check is definitely in the works.

Why would they send an email that says "congratulations your rebate has been approved" then in small letters add subject to verification and compliance.......

Why dont they get that all done at once, its not like they got anything done instantly......

I emailed Prize logic and they responded by e-mail saying I have been approved. I did the mail in option and just mailed them everything after trading in my S4 at the At&T store.

I got my approval email today. I originally tried to submit it online but it was giving me errors with my imei number entry so I did the submit option where I just had to print the page and include my receipts. I think the reason some of us were having imei issues was due to the preorder purchase date being earlier then the manufactured date.

When I tried to register my phone at samsungs website it would not allow me to until I changed the date from the 9/30 preorder date I originally tried using. My manufactured date was mid october and I changed my purchase date to the date my phone shipped. I think the online rebate submission was using the same or similar database so that's why some had issues.

I had bought my phone via Amazon preorder and did my trade in with amazon so those who did the same there is hope for you as I know some people were trying to cause trouble earlier in the post claiming you would not get the rebate if you pre ordered at amazon.

Trust them Harlemknight, when they say "Your rebate check should arrive to the mailing address you provided during registration in approximately 6 to 8 weeks*." - I got the same message you showed above on 11/11/14 - nothing else since! I keep telling myself "Patience James"...

Got mine also on 11/11/14................only another 4 weeks to go.

I was denied due to Sprint not putting my model name on the pre order and after many replies with prize logic I'm guessing im out $190 and my trade in phone that I didn't even have to get rid of. Not a happy camper with Sprint or Samsung!

Yeah that was the easiest way to get a hold of them. But same story. I need to be able to talk to someone from there.

I'm with Sprint, and I got approved, by sending in pre-order AND a copy of my Sprint bill, where and when I ordered.

I was just going to ask the same thing. I have not gotten my rebate yet either. I submitted the rebate form on 10/18/14 and was approved on 11/11/14. I'm not sure if I go 6-8 weeks from the date I submitted or from the approval date?

"Your rebate check should arrive to the mailing address you provided during registration in approximately 6 to 8 weeks*." was a statement in the "Approval Message" - I "ASSUME" that means 6-8 from the date we received that message!

Just received an email of a check being sent in 6 to 8 weeks. This after emailing prize logic about a month ago and not getting a response till yesterday. Sent them the confirmation number and just got it approved today.
