I think "aodioxp" meant ACTUAL CHECK as opposed to a "Confirmation eMail"!

Got mine today too.. I don't think I was approved prior to 1/1/15, but might have been...should have been less than 200$ I thought, since there was a trade in, but I'll take it!

Mine check came today but it is not the correct amount. I thought it was supposed to be $200.00 minus trade of $17.10 which would equal $182.90. I got a check for $155.00. Where has the other $27.90 gone to?

They dont seem to answer the phone, but you might try the person in a previous post, that number is different.

They also seem to answer facebook direct messages......

Received mine earlier today as well. $183 - got $17 from the VZW store for my BlackBerry Bold 9930. $17 kinda ticked me off - I could have gotten much more by selling it on eBay, tho definitely not the total $200. Plus, if it were not for this offer I would have been staying with my Note 3 until there was a Note 5! So all in all, I'm pretty stinkin' happy

Well, the promo was 200$ MINUS any trade in amount from their carrier (sprint in my case), which was X, which I received. So, I figured I'd get 200$ MINUS X, which I didn't receive I simply received 200$. I'm not complaining, but find it odd that say one got 20$ for their trade in phone, should receive 180$ MAX, others traded in better phones than I (judging from the 112$-150$ posts we've seen already), who knows. Check is cashed already.

Got my check Saturday, (they cut the check on 1/14) $149, Verizon credit of $51 for my S3. Prizelogic received my mail in rebate information on 11/29 so I am kind of surprised I received mine already. But happy. And, of course, very happy with my black Note 4. Good luck everyone.
