Note 4 Verizon not working on sims network AT&T, how can I get it working?

note 4 verizon not working on sims network att

I bought two phone from verizon two note 4. one of them is working with with att after i attent few couple of times by inserting and putting back the sim and also changing to global network. The other still doesn't work I dont know why. both phones are the same model.
please any suggestions thanks

Did you make sure that your APN settings were correct for the phone? Also you should be able to set it to GSM/LTE.
