Note 5 is STUCK IN SAFE MODE

Hi all,

I just got my replacement Note 5 the 64 gig and it is stuck in safe mode and I cant get it out of safe mode and have tried all the tips and tricks hole the power until the restart.

I did a factory reset two times and it still shows to be safe mode im about ready to scream and be fricking done and just keep my BlackBerry Priv.

Can anyone help me??

the fricking volume keys dont work and the speaker sounds horrible, Im DONE, IM DONE

Have u tried bringing it to the carrier to see if they can do anything for u?

I sent it back it was a junk phone Moderator you can close this thread

It was a referb I guess just junk had screen burn volume keys did not work
