This has also been one of the nicest threads ever. People with Android and iOS working and playing together peacefully. Who'd ever think that was possible?!?!

I'm glad I found this great thread. Just sold my 6s plus for the note 5. I've gone back and forth for years between ios, Android, and Windows phone (rip nokia). I also switched to T-Mobile because I like what they're doing in the mobile industry and the jump on demand benefit will help someone like me who is lucky to keep a phone for more than 6 months

Yeah, I switched to T-mobile this year as well because I too like what they are doing. Seems like other carriers are crippling their phones and T-mobile is leaving the features on their devices. And their Jump program is pretty nice. Can't wait until next year when it's time for the Note 6.

Thanks to this thread I'm considering trading my 64GB 6 Plus for a Note 5 and using my iPad Air 2 for all the iOS ecosystem stuff that I have around the house now.

LOL! I could have written this! I finally gave in tonight and got a 6S plus. Don't regret it one bit!

My company gave me a 6s plus, I used it for a couple days and went right back to my note 5.

The problem with iPhones is that there's no wow factor. With the Note you always find something that you didn't know you could do or apps that completely change the way the phone works. I had the iPhone 5s and you can change everything on that phone but you have to jailbreak then find all the tweaks but on Android all the tweaks I download on iPhone are ready to download without root. The only thing I do miss from iPhone is imessage.

I have to agree with the wow factor. I always find out things I didn't know with the note.

I had a similar situation. I had an S6 and had the urge to get a 6s. I did put my Samsung away and have been us an iPhone 6s till about a few weeks ago. I say till about a few weeks ago because while IOS is a great operating system I eventually got bored. And I was getting frustrated by small things like how swiftkey terrible on IOS. Now I'm on a Nexus 6P and I love it. Best and most Smooth Android phone I've ever used. Just wish Android apps were as nice as IOS

I can't deal with iOS. We have an iPhone and an iPad in the house but none of them are specifically mine (I just pay for them and maintain them lol). Dad (that would be me) uses Android. But I'm curious, what is it exactly that's attracting you to the iPhone?

I am very much in the same situation. I ended up with Note 5 and 6S Plus. Both are excellent smartphones. I think, Note 5 is the best Android smartphone, super fast with great Samsung features, and very beautiful design. You are not alone!
