SOunds like it will be similar to the S8 trade in promo that recently went on. A third party company does it. I won't touch this deal and end up getting $25 like many did with working phones.

Not sure if this was mentioned, but I just watched a CNET video, and they said in that video that it's an INSTANT credit when you order the Note 8 on Samsung.com for previous Note 7 owners for the Up to $425 depending on the device. No waiting for the credit or refund.

That's weird it's showing $425 off for me on all Samsung phones back to the s5, iPhones back to the Iphone5 and LG phones back to the G4

You say it is on the page to choose if you were a Note 7 owner. On what page? The trade in page, or another? I could not locate it at all. If you can maybe provide a screenshot of where on the page it is, that would be helpful.
