Odd transactions from "Samsung"

It may just be me being paranoid, but I noticed a weird transaction on my checking account for $0.15 and the merchant listed was Samsung Stores NJ. I never placed any weird purchases and I bought the phone flat out from Best Buy so Samsung doesn't have my debit card. The only thing I could think of was maybe Samsung Pay? But when I investigated the address listed was just a phone number and when I call it, it's a deactivated number. Just wanted to see if anyone else had noticed this before. Very odd, either way I cancelled my card and got a new one. Even though it wad only $0.15 it went through and what's to stop them from taking more money next time without consent.

Sounds strange call your bank and stop all transactions to that vendor.

Samsung pay does that when you set up. But it should be credited back.....

I've never seen this when just setting up Samsung Pay on my phone or watch.

Bank debit card. Do basically cash yes.
