Flashed the superclean 2.3 but no CWMrecovery. Am I missing something? I'm flashing 2.4 over it now.

did you put the update.zip on your sdcard
if you did do the following
hold down power button till popup shows
select recovery
once you are in blue recovery scroll to apply sdcard:update.zip and hit the home button
this will lead you into red cwm
no actually , i basically put that up to test replacing the rom without wiping,,,im working on fixing that as we speak. give me some time im trying to work as i do this lol

I am having issue though. When i place a call the call only gets connected at 15th second or so( 14 too) . Before it used to get connected at 5th or 6 th second on the call timer screen . Is there any way i can go back to the 5 second setting ?
I am running one of the first deodexed/debloated version of the ROM's posted by Adrynalyne( thank you for the ROM again)

As far as I can tell so far (30 minutes later), I don't think installation could have gone smoother. Only hook up I had was when I was doing the factory reset and I got a mean sounding voice that came on and said the partition wasn't available and something else. I didn't exactly know what that meant, but just decided to go ahead and pull the battery and proceed as directed and all went well after that.

You have to hit the menu soft key and go =>setting=>applications=>development and uncheck usb debugging before you can go into usb settings
so you are saying if you go to settings , USB settings is not in between SD card & phone storage and language and keyboard?

Hey guys I had something wierd go on with my phone this am. I was making a phone call, I could not hear the phone ringing and I could not hear the person pick up and could not hear them talking, but they could hear me talking. So I restarted my phone and all seems to be working now. Anyone else have this issue?

Hey everyone.. So I'm a complete noob when it comes to the Fascinate.. I just rooted my phone and I'm very interested in trying out the Super Clean 2.4 rom... I guess I'm not fully grasping how to put that on my phone. What am I supposed to do after I download the update.zip? Sorry if you ready this and think wow.. this guy is a ****** :/
Red CWM > Advanced >, you will find the option to clear your battery stats here. Also, search the forum for a thread on "How to Battery", sorry I can't recall the link.

I installed the superclean 2.4 rom and it's pretty fantastic, only question I have is that the rom says it includes clockworkmod, but I don't see the rom manager app already installed? I also see the note that says the rom manager backup won't work? can someone chime in, should I not install clockwork mod rom manager?
clockwork mod and rom manager are not the same thing although they work together, you can enter clockworkmod recovery by booting into regular recovery (hold down power button till popup and choose recovery) then apply sdcard:update.zip hit the home button to select, and that will lead you into clockwork.
Rom manager is rather useless and lately has been breaking clockwork rather than helping it,,,but you may need it to fix permissions so try this
