I really enjoying using SC 2.4 and especially when I unlock my screen with AOSP. I have two questions And heres my question....

1. I thought that I should be able to change the setting to answer my call and When I set the unlock screen applies to phone call answering setting. Am I thinking wrong? or is there any way that I can change the answering phone call setting from puzzle to AOSP??
IF!!!! I have to use launcher pro2?? (not sure this is the right one) please instruct me how to do it

2. When you click clock you will also see the weather and the location but sometimes it says "unavaible or the location is wrong" any suggestions???

Debloated/deodexed has removed verizon preinstalled apps and is set up for easy flashing of themes

superclean has removed verizon and samsung elements , and has added custom elements like different lock screens , and aosp launcher ....etc

I never ended up rebooting into recovery after I installed the stuff. Did I miss something?

this may be a really stupid question but here goes: does my phone have to be in download mode to flash the rom using odin? i only ask because i can only get odin to show anything if my phone is on and not in download mode...also i only see ' 0:[COM3]' in the first block under ID:COM section in odin...is that what i should be seeing?

yes but battery needs to be removed from the phone and put in download mode, otherwise you will have problems flashing

try installing these drivers if it is you are having problems connecting HERE

is the update.zip i provided on your sd card?

did you boot into blue recovery, scroll to apply sdcard:update.zip select by hitting the home button

Yes, I put the update file on the card but never booted into recovery or had to use it. What happens if I never did it? I did it when I put the DL30 on, but I'm assuming that doesn't apply still?

What if I do it now? Will it change anything?

if you dont need it then dont use it , its there as a convenience if you do need it

So would both of these have google as default search engine? I have used launcher pro and don't mind touchwiz not sure about aosp launcher? Not sure what themes do either? Which one of these should have the better battery life?
