Well I was the first to post it here, far before AC even posted it on the front page.

haha - i get RSS feed through a widget on my desktop...saw "2.1 update delayed blah blah...". didn't even have to click it!

Moto even updated their facebook page about the delay.

that is lame that it didn't come out as expected. even if the info was leaked, the info seemed like it was definite and that they were confident in the release of it.

2 things have gone through my head at this point:

1) i cant believe how many new members there are because of this haha. i keep seeing peope who registered in march with under 10 posts. looks like this issue has benefited android central's forum

2) if the update doesn't come out by the end of today im curious to see how many people who have put off rooting (because the release of the update seemed so close) are just going to say "F_____ It" and just root their droid and load a 2.1 rom. this will be interesting

all i can say is that i feel bad for anybody who was looking forward to this the past few days, especially for the guy who took off from work just so that he could get the update.

I noticed that too! Also, the most members on at one time hit almost 900 just about an hour after the update was scheduled to happen.

We are hearing whispers that its actually their ota servers.

maybe something good will come out of this. i mean more members are a plus.

it would be pretty sick if everybody is all pissed and then tomorrow the update gets pushed but instead of 2.1 it turns out it is 2.2

for that i would unroot. but since that is a dream, im not.

i can see it now, all of the Verizon managers and store managers are probably saying to themselves " Son of B!itch, why didn't i just call out today."

hey bizz, all i have to say is thank you for helping me figure out how to install Koush's rom initially. if you hadn't installed it and was still running droidmod i would have prob unrooted and be waiting like everybody else here for the 2.1 update. i would be cursing and screaming and hitting things haha. you have saved a lot of people some unneeded abuse (verbally and maybe physically) haha

idk what to believe with this update. and im really skeptical to believe people with 1 post. not saying you're wrong but its one thing to see a moderator or sombody with over 100 posts and it is another for a person with 1. time will tell. i hope it happens then so everybody else can finally have access to 2.1 but we will have to wait and see.
