Online order people, do you have a tracking number?

Ordered @ 9 A.M Thursday...

I ordered the phone @ 9 A.M Thursday and have yet to receive tracking information, and my order is "Still being processed" according to the website order status. I chose overnight shipping so it should arrive today... I called VZW and they were unable to get me any tracking info as there system showed the same information.

I know someone who placed an order last night at 6 P.M. and has already received tracking information. I find it hard to believe that VZW would fulfill orders placed after mine (by 9 hours) but in actuality it's possible.

Did anyone receive their phones today without ever receiving tracking information from VZW?
 
I am in the same boat. I ordered Thurs. at 9AM EDT and paid for overnight shipping. I have not received an email with tracking info, can't get anything form the website and when I call Verizon they can't tell me anything. I wonder what is going on. Anybody else out there with the same problem.

Not me. I ordered at 6:30am Thursday and my phone is currently on the Fed Ex truck to be delivered before 3pm today. I received all confirmations. You should have received an order confirmation. Use that number and go to Check Your Status - Verizon Wireless


The answer hasn't changed on the website... this is the response. Its stated that since 9 AM yesterday.

"Your order is currently being processed. Please check back tomorrow."
 
i ordered 4pm yesterday and received it 10:30am this morning. they did send me tracking number right after i ordered it. strange why it would be different for you

This is the message I get when I go to check order status,
"We are experiencing technical difficulties, please check back later"

lol so weird how VZW handles their stuff

I ordered at 7am yesterday and still now at nearly noon it is not out for delivery. FedEx says it will be there by 3pm though. Nice of them to take forever.
 
Some people have also noted that the information on verizon's website for the order status is inaccurate. I wouldn't rely on it.
 
I find it annoying that Verizon online or on the phone can't tell me the "real" status. It wouldn't be bad if I didn't have to sign for the effin thing!
