I find it annoying that Verizon online or on the phone can't tell me the "real" status. It wouldn't be bad if I didn't have to sign for the effin thing!

online isn't the place that I wouldn't go for updates, but *611 should have the tracking info you need

Ordered at 9 A.M. (EST) Thursday, just received tracking information at 2:50 P.M. Friday... Was picked up by FedEx in PA. at 2:30 P.M. with delivery Monday. So much for that "Overnight" shipping.

Make them force Saturday delivery. They will do that. You ordered Thursday (payed for overnight I assume), it should be there Friday.

They have the power to force Fedex to deliver on Sat. It's the minimum they can do.

I will get the run around becasue "it's already been picked up" . I've NEVER had any luck with FedEx... But I had it being delivered to work becasue of the signature being required. No one will be here to sign for it tomorrow and I won't be at my house for them to ship there. So i'm stuck waiting for it til Monday...

I actually had paid for the overnight shipping, but went onto the live chat, and they credited my account for the $9. I didn't realize I had to enter a promocode to get the free overnight shipping.

Same deal here. I called Verizon Customer Service around 4:40 today, and by the time I got to talk to the manager, it was 5:00 and he "couldn't have it delivered on Saturday" since it was after 5 and that I should have called before 5. I did but I got the run around for 20 minutes and that's what caused the delay. Ordered at 9am EST Thursday and won't be here until Monday. Manager said if I can't seem to get it from FedEx on Monday to call back and we might be able to work some compensation out. Anybody else have better luck?
