Otterbox Users - Question

Just received my commuter case, and I love it. I did notice one strange thing, however. Where the 3 brass-colored prongs are (lower right side of the GNex), there's a hole/cutout in the silicon--but it seems severely misaligned. Does anyone else have this issue? I can try to take it off for pics a bit later. I called customer service and they didn't have their model at hand, so they will be getting back to me.

This probably won't affect my usage in the least, just wondering if it's a pervasive problem or an isolated problem.

Regardless, Otterbox > Depleted Uranium.

I used to wonder what those 3 things were, but no more. My Defender case completely covers them up...it doesn't even have a miss aligned cutout.
