Hey everyone quick question...just received notice that my new Note7 is on it's way from AT&T via FedEx. I know with my previous iphones they required a signature upon delivery. Does the same go for the Samsung Note7? thanks for any help!

I would check your tracking number. Usually it will say if it is required there.

I'm certain that it's going require a signature or at least a form from FedEx with your signature saying its ok to leave a $1,000 phone at the door..

No place on the tracking number does it say it requires a signature...

I would give them a call to check. As keepnitreel said FedEx is normally known for needing a signature whereas UPS usually will just leave it.

Yes, I had to be home and sign for it. They will not leave it unless I signed.

When I ordered my Note7 on the phone with Verizon they told me then about the signature.

Definitely. Mine did.

I had to sign.. I was not home. I had them deliver it to the local fedex knowing I would not be home.

FedEx almost always requires a signature. It's UPS you have to watch like a hawk. I've had and seen them throw phones onto people's balconies before when they weren't home. That's how I got my S5.

Mine always require a signature. I leave a written note authorization with my signature they can leave at door. I live in a safe area and no problem leaving

I have had to sign for things with UPS. Depends on sender. Can leave a note authorization unless a direct signature is required

Well yeah that is why I said usually :D. Things like Amazon no. Verizon always requires signatures though. AT&T I am not sure on.

My AT&T delivery from UPS required Signature....It was sent 2nd Day air.....You have to be careful cause you could of set up Signautere release in the past and because of that sometimes they will leave your future packges
