Phone doesn't turn off?

After installing the bamf rom, my phone doesn't seem to shut down anymore. I'll turn it off, plug in charger come back in 5 minutes and it'll be in the clockwork screen..... anyone else have this issue?

With CWR you can't have the phone off and charge. Seems to be a thunderbolt bug for now. I don't know if it's bamf exclusive...
