Call back and talk to someone else. I've received a service credit AND all the upgrade $$$ off for the last 4 upgrades, including the Photon last month.

I couldn't get it either:

After that the contract on this line has been already renew for two years. Now you can not get the $70.00 credit on your account for renew the contract (2nd promotion) on this line#xxxx.

Does anyone know if this sale is going going strong for Friday and sat? If so ima go back and add another line for my sister, if I can ima give her my phone and snag the Photon.

Just got mine Thursday, went through hell to get it, reminded me why I normally order online.

There was an old Spanish couple who spoke no English in front of me buying their first phone, 1 guy working the mobile section and he was new. Lucky BB had a spanish speaking employee to translate. I had to wait an hour for them to explain this 1 dollar fliphone to these 2. Finally another guy shows up to work and He starts helping me but the other 2 keep pulling him off my job to help them with their customer, stupid stuff like picking ringtones. Was going to trade in my Epic, but after waiting for a half hour for the geek squad guy to inspect it (the phone was pristine and the mobile guy said so but I guess the geek squad has to do it) i told them to forget it. Phone rocks though but man what an ordeal.
