Pin pad appears on double tap instead of lock screen.

[Android Central Question]

My Samasung Galaxy s10 used to show the lock screen along on double tap, but for the past few days, it shows the pin pad instead.

This is annoying because I used to be able to double tap to see notifications, but now I have to double tap > unlock or double tap > go back to exit the pin pad.

Also when my alarm goes off in the morning, it shows the pin pad. Before it would show the alarm screen.

I didn't change anything in my settings recently.

Can I get double tap lock screen again?

@B. Diddy: My lock screen notifications have always been set to show icons only, not content.
The behavior is quite inconsistent. Sometimes when I double tap in a particular location, it shows the lock screen and other times it shows the pin pad. Same with alarm.

I installed a workout app over the weekend. Uninstalling it seems to fix the issue.
Would you happen to know why the app would cause something like this?

Glad it's working again
Possible that app gave some premission to override the lock screen

Which app was it? Maybe it needed device admin permissions and messed with the lock screen.
