Pixel 2 / 2 XL - Let's see your setup on your Home Screen(s)!

I'm a pianist and since I spend several hours a day at my piano I took a picture with my Pixel 2 XL and made it my wallpaper. This camera is amazing! I can actually read the score on my music rack! Since I call Google with a squeeze these days I decided to just get rid of the pesky, ugly Google bar I never used.

And since I really like keeping a clean desktop except for the apps I use every day, I decided to keep all of my other apps condensed on one single app drawer screen. A quick swipe up and I have access to all of my apps! I'm finding that for me this is working really well.

I got the 2 XL. I've since changed my home screen setup though.

Normally any homescreen with app labels is a non-starter for me, but they work really well with yours....nice setup!

I like to keep mine simple and dark, using Nova Launcher and Vibe for icons.

You can't get rid of the Google bar unless you use a launcher other than the stock Google launcher. I tried to use the stock Google launcher and quickly gave up.

I've used Nova Launcher for years and it has the flexibility to do whatever you want. Search for "Nova Launcher" in the Google Play Store. I paid a couple of bucks for Nova Launcher Premium years ago. With Nova Launcher you can easily get rid of the Google bar and you can easily make your icons any size you want and change the number of icons in rows and columns. You can change the behaviour of about anything you want. Nova Launcher really puts the fun in customizing your Pixel.

The missed calls/unread texts indicator is really cool. I may have to grab that widget for my G6!
