Nice, similar to what I got. I think at the end I was almost at 8 hours.

Nice much improved over the 2xl with little smaller battery

The 2 XL was giving me 1 1/2 to 2 hrs more easily. I'll check the apps.

That's a big jump then getting almost 8 on the P3. Just let me average around 6 and I'll be fine with that.

I agree 6+ is very good
If I crack 8 or 9 which I think it can , it be impressive

I didn't take a screen shot but I just ended my day with 4% left and 6:45 SOT.. That's the best I've gotten since the launch day. I'll take it since my S8 was needing a charge a few times a day.

Y'all make me twitchy just seeing the battery percentage that low. I keep mine from going below 20%, and can't remember the last time I let a phone under 10%

Is anyone having Ambient Display show up with a high percentage on the battery usage? (Yes I have it enabled). Nothing like that ever showed up on my P2XL. It shows on the P3XL. Yesterday it showed up as 10 percent for me. Maybe they't include it in the battery usage stats now when they didn't before? Any ideas? I don't have now playing enabled.

This has been my observation as well. I disabled it temporarily to see if the OS can do the adaptive management of the standard apps I use daily before I reintroduce the ambient display back into the fold.

Lol...that's what it's usually at by 11 pm I'm home by that time so no worries and also get excellent battery life last few years like that.

Anybody else notice their device getting really warm when charging? Happened to pick mine up while charging last night and noticed the warmth all the way through the Spigen case I have on it. Not a huge concern, but was a little surprised. Something I haven’t experienced with other devices as of late.

I guess my P3 XL settled in or something cause I was able to break 7 hrs SOT not once but twice back to back. If I get into the 7s again tonight I'll be SO happy.
