Poor battery life?

Hi all,

I just bought a second hand Galaxy S10 and I was expecting a great battery life.

But I think that maybe there's something wrong with it - with 12h43m after the last full charge it has only 28% and 2h44m of active use.

Is this normal?

How's your cell signal strength throughout the day? Remember that poor signal kills battery life.
