How you guys change the icons and all that cool stuff? I will like to customize my DX a little as well

Im using LauncherPro Plus with LPI Icon Pack.

Here it is with the gala s Rom installed. I like simple so even tho its really blank looking in have transparent icons so in know where to touch for what Apps in wanna open.

1. How did you get the lock screen to have all those options? Looks great!

Lockscreen customized using widgetlocker from the market, thanks, Ill check that out!

that whole layout is very very nice... does it require new bars,etc at the top/bottom or specific apps make the entire thing this customized? i did the little trick of factory resetting yesterday so i'm back to stock layout. but seeing stuff like this makes one want to start the tweaking.
