Buzz launcher is pretty easy to use. You can download homescreens made by users and apply them to your phone. There are some really cool ones and you can add your personal touch. The app is a beta so it is not perfect. These are some examples.

No you still can keep Sense... You can switch back and forth between the launcher and Sense

I had a launcher on and every time I tried something, it kept asking what program I wanted to use, I would hit "just once" cause I read somewhere I would not be able to retrieve sense back and how I originally set it up....is that true?

No that's not true... you can switch back to Sense anytime... It's ok to select "Always"... you don't have to keep selecting "Just Once"... If you choose "Always" just simply disable the launcher you are using... Just go into Setting > Apps > Click on the the current Launcher you are using > Click Disable.... Once it's disabled, when you click on the home button, the option to select Sense will pop up again.... Make sure you go back and enable the launcher you just disabled.... So it can show up in the pop up again.... Another simple way to do it, so you won't have to keep switching back and forth through setting is to just add an activity shortcut to Sense on your home screen in the launcher you are using ... for example if you use Nova launcher... create shortcut activity for HTC sense... When you click on the shortcut, It'll take you back to Sense... It's cool because you can install multiple Launchers and easily switch back and forth between them... I'm using Nova, Buzz and Sense right now... Check the link below
