power button is unresponsive after falling in water

my phone fell in water and i did the right steps after everything but the power button is working how do i fix it it is a j3 achieve the force restart wont work without the power button

Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean by the "right steps"? There is no guarantee that any measure you take after the phone gets wet will work. Once the water is inside the phone, the damage may already be done. You probably have to bring it to a repair shop.
